How long does it take for my order to be produced and shipped?

Hello! At PremiumDtfTransfer we pride ourselves on fast production. We usually need 1-2 days to make your order perfect. US Standard shipping takes about 1-5 days after ready. Our shipping time in other countries is 6-10 business days. So your valuables will fly towards you in no time!

What is your return policy?

Great question! Since we produce each piece specifically for you, we normally do not accept returns. But in rare and unexpected cases, we are here to help you. Don't worry if you don't receive your order! If your order is not delivered within 15 business days, we will gladly refund your money. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Can I cancel my order after I place it?

We totally understand that sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible as we will start working on your print shortly after receiving your order. If your order has not yet gone into production, we will do our best to meet your request.

I still haven't received my product. What should I do?

Oh no! We're sorry to hear this. If you have not received your product within the standard shipping period of 1-5 days, please allow some more time. If you still have not received your order after 15 business days, please contact us. We are committed to making sure you receive your order or return it if necessary. We are behind you!

How do I apply a DTF transfer?

Using a Heat Press: • Clean and smooth the garment. • Set the heat press to 310-325°F and 10-15 seconds. • Place the DTF transfer on the garment and cover with parchment paper. • Press for 10-15 seconds. • Peel off the transfer backing while warm. • Cover with parchment paper and press again for 5-10 seconds. Using an Iron: • Clean and smooth the garment. • Set the iron to the highest cotton setting (350-375°F). • Place the DTF transfer on the garment and cover with parchment paper. • Press the iron firmly for 10-15 seconds. • Peel off the transfer backing when it has cooled slightly. • Cover with parchment paper and iron again for 5-10 seconds.
