My production process may take 3-7 business days after which it will be ready to ship.

What if I receive my order damaged?

I would always recommend taking a video while you unbox so that there is proof of the product arriving damaged. Also, you should immediately request a return and send us the proof along with it.

5. What if I need to make a change to my order?

If there is any change in order, you must contact us before your order goes into production. In any case, I won’t move forward without your approval on the mock-up.

The quality of these koozies are AMAZING! The picture of the venue turned out better than I pictured. They got the proof to me very quickly and they were able to make whatever changes I needed. I also ordered these pretty close to my wedding date and they were more than accommodating and rushed shipping for me :) would highly recommend
