The ADULT UNISEX shirts are suitable for everyone, as long as the measures fit you. They are a slim fit cut, perfect for men, but can also be used by women who prefer larger and not tight fitted shirts.
The WOMEN shirts are the lady fit type or fitted, they are smaller in size than the adult unisex ones, and are generally supposed to go along the woman`s body.
The KIDS shirts are also unisex, which means, that they are also a regular straight cut. They can be worn by all children. Please have in mind that every child body type is different. Kids grow and develop differently, so when you are in doubt, just use measures to determine the right shirt.
The baby ONESIE or the so called baby body or baby bodysuit, is for babies and are up to 18 months olds in size. They are with criss-cross opening at the shoulders and tik-tak buttons at the bottom.

Please, have in mind, that we all come from different parts of the world. Many nations have different clothing and size standards. Always measure before purchasing, to make surem that you chose the correct size.
T-shirts by default have a tolerance (given by the manufacturer), of around +- 2.5 cm.
TOLERANCE is the total amount a dimension may vary and is the difference between the upper (maximum) and lower (minimum) limits. Because it is impossible to make everything to an exact size, tolerances are used on production drawings to control the parts.

HOW TO MEASURE:
- Take a shirt of yours or of someone whom you will be purchasing for and spread it well on even surface.
- To determine the width of the shirt based on my photos, measure the front of the shirt, a bit under the armpits, from one end to the other (just as it is shown in the photos).
- To determine the length of the shirt, measure it from the highest point of the shoulder, to the bottom end of the shirt (also shown in the photos).
- Compare the measures with the ones that I have provided and decide which size you need.

HOW TO ORDER:
- Choose a t-shirt.
- Select size and color.
- Add personalization into the box (if applicable).
- Add to your cart.
- Proceed to check out.
* If you are buying multiple t-shirts, all you need to do is add more items to your cart before the last step.

SHIPPING:
- I ship from Bulgaria (located in Eastern Europe).
- It takes around 1-2 business days for me to make your shirts, pack them and bring them to the post office for shipping.

DEVILERIES AND DEADLINES:
When you make a purchase here, Etsy will give you an estimate due date, but please don`t forget that it is not definite and guaranteed. So, make sure to give it a few more days. The delivery deadlines given on the website, apply for normal to no issue conditions, with no delays, no unforseen circumstances, no holidays, no bad weather conditions, summer and vacation times when many employees use their annual leaves, which causes slower services, no employee strikes and so on.
I offer Express Deliveries, which are more expensive but quite fast, depending which part of the world you are at and you can Upgrade to Express Shipping at check out.

TIPS AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
If you want your shirt to last longer and good condition, please take care of it, using the following tips.
- You can use a washing machine to launder your shirts, but turn the shirt on the opposite side, when you do that.
- Water temperature should not be abovr 40 degrees or more.
- Don`t use bleach or dry clean the shirts.
- Don`t iron them directly on the shirt designs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
- My goal is to make things for you as smooth and pleasant as possible, when you are visiting my shop and purchasing from me. So, if you have any issues, I will be glad to help you.
- Please have in mind that, I generally accept returns and make refunds, but under the following conditions:
* If you want to return or exchange a shirt, it is possible to do so only if the shirts are not personalized, and don`t contain names and texts requested by you.
* I can refund your money or exchange your shirts, only if I made a mistake during the process of making them. Examples for such mistakes are spelling errors, incorrectly written names, wrong t-shirt color, wrong size.
* I can also refund your money or accept a return, if the shirt is not personalized and does not match the given measures in the photos or is way out of the given tolerance by the manufacturer.
* Return fees are paid by the buyer, if there is nothing wrong with the shirt, if haven`t done any mistake making it and you just decided that you don`t want it or you did not choose the correct size, given the fact that I have provided measures.
