We craft all our jewelry using high-quality materials: - Solid .925 Sterling Silver - Solid 14K/10K Yellow Gold - Solid Pure Copper - We do not sell plated or base metal jewelry.

How are your jewelry pieces made?

All our jewelry is made to order. 1. Production time: 2–3 business days. 2. Personalized items: Add 1 extra business day. Important: If you place an order and later decide to change the size or style, we’ll need to create a new piece from scratch. This requires another 2–3 business days. For style changes, contact us as soon as possible to avoid additional delays.

Where are you located?

We are based in Brooklyn, NY, and operate a manufacturing studio. Please note that we do not have a physical storefront.

Why is my silver jewelry changing color?

Silver may tarnish over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and chemicals like perfumes or lotions. Care tips: - Store silver jewelry in a dry, airtight container. - Use a soft polishing cloth to clean and restore shine.

How do I know my bangle size?

To determine your bangle size: 1. Measure your wrist using a flexible tape measure or string. 2. Add 0.5 inches to your wrist measurement. This is your ideal bangle size. Example: If your wrist measures 7 inches, your bangle size will be 7.5 inches. Our regular adult bangle size is 7.5 inches. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

How do I choose a bangle style?

We offer bangles in different thicknesses, ranging from 2mm to 7.5mm: - Thin bangles (2–3mm): Lightweight and adjustable. - Regular bangles (3-4.5mm): adjustable and elegant. - Thicker bangles (4–7.5mm): Bold and make a statement.
