Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We provide the option of receiving a free replacement order for any order-related issues, such as manufacturing errors or printing discrepancies. Please be advised that we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for matters pertaining to color or size preferences. Should you encounter any challenges with your order, we encourage you to contact us through Etsy, ensuring to include all pertinent information along with photographic evidence for our assessment. Can I make a change to my order?

Should you require any changes to your order, we kindly ask that you contact us within 12 hours of purchase. If the order has already been produced or shipped, Quite Nice Studio is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering and confirming the correct information before completing your order.

When will my order ship?
