I made this colorful hippie inspired peasant dress from very soft cotton fabric in bright blues, teal, turquoise, greens, reds, golds, and tans & rust.

The top has elastic around the neck, and can be worn off the shoulder. The short sleeves also have elastic. The under bust has a ribbon drawstring with wooden beads at the ends.

This peasant dress is size small (4-6) and measures
Center front of bodice from top to under the bust is 6 1/2" (16.5cm)
The under bust opens out to 37 1/2" (95cm)
The skirt from under the bust to the hem is 41" (104cm)
The hem (spin) measures 47" (119cm)
From the center front, top of the bodice to the hem is 47 1/2" (120.6cm)
(The dress form has a 33” bust so you can get an idea how it will fit you)

**I design and make everything in my shop myself**

Each piece is designed to be comfortable, functional, and durable. My designs are simple while featuring colorful patchwork and appliqué.

All fabrics are 100% cotton and have been pre-washed and dried. Fabric is hand cut, one garment at a time. Seams are serged and top stitched where appropriate which provides for a very durable garment. Appliques' are heat set and satin stitched.

Each piece is made with care, skill, and a lot of LOVE. I hope you feel the love when you wear my gear!

Care instructions……
To keep fabric colors vibrant, I suggest hand washing in mild soap and cool water, line dry, or lay flat to dry. Each garment will hold up to machine washing, gentle cycle, mild soap and a warm dryer, but colors will remain brighter longer if hand washed and line dried. If you chose to machine wash your garment please turn it inside-out and secure the drawstring with a safety pin to protect it from being caught in the machine.
