I highly recommend using a Tracked or Signed for Delivery for safe returns. If we do not receive a returned parcel, we are not liable. Please return within 14 days of delivery.

Reshipping and returned packages

The Reshipping Fee is the cost of the Original Shipping Cost (As the Shipping Label has to be paid for again for it to be shipped) plus the Royal Mail "Return to Sender" Charge of which is equivalent to the cost of the Original Shipping Cost. So the Reshipping Fee is equal to around double the Original Shipping Cost.

Incorrect address, shipping information

I take no responsibility for packages returned to us due to the delivery status of the package being placed as, or the reasoning for the return of the package being: "Not Called For", "Not Called For - Returned/ Returning to Sender", "Returned/ Returning to Sender", "Unclaimed", "Incorrect Shipping Address", "Failed Delivery Attempt", or any status or reason similar to this. If your parcel has been returned to us for any of the above reasons, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address from you for us to reship your package back out to you.

When handling my crystals I advice you to handle with care as some minerals and gems cannot get wet.

Keep your jewellery away from perfumes, lotions and cleaning products. Always put on jewellery last and remove first to avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and other beauty products. Remove before bathing, swimming and sleeping. Remove your bracelet before gardening. Elasticated bracelets should be gently rolled on and off to prevent overstretching. Store your jewellery in a pouch or jewellery box.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Ethically sourced - what does that mean?

Ethically sourced: the products are purchased through uncapitalised individuals who extract crystals as their sole source of income, often in areas where no other sources of income are available. The miners and workers are paid well and are content in the working conditions. No children are used to do the mining work. If machinery is needed to extract deposits, the machinery is checked for safety use to ensure they have a safe procedure for extraction.

What if I have received a damaged item?

All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely, however sometimes accidents happen and items may arrive damaged. Should you receive a damaged item, please drop us an ETSY message including a couple of photos of the damaged item within 1 day of receiving your item. Damaged items will not be refunded after the 1 day period has passed. We will aim to reply to you within 24 hours. Please note, if an item has been worn or has become broken or damaged after use, we cannot be held responsible. If deemed appropriate, it may be necessary to send the item back in order for repairs to be made. In these circumstances, the buyer must pay for the return postage costs. Does not include general wear and tear.
