Redbreast- The Folklore of Robins- mini zine
This little zine was my 2024 Easter project exploring robins and their folklore! The Robin is only recently a bird associated with Christmas in the last 200 years, before that is was a bringer of fire and associated with resurrection.
In this zine you will find:
✨The many names a robin has been known by (Robin is actually the most modern!)
✨stories about robins including how he got his redbreast
✨several full colour illustrations throughout
The book is 12 pages in total, a perfect afternoon read or stocking filler for a bird lover. Printed onto thick textured card and recycled paper.
