Returns accepted unless item was customized, if notified within 3 days of delivery & item, in the condition received in, is mailed back postmarked within 7 days of delivery (firm). If outside U.S. you must mark package, "return of U.S. goods" and notify shipper or pre-pay duties! Refund is less initial shipping fee & 10% restock fee. Restock fee waived on exchanges. Expect vintage items to show a bit of wear; I am not liable for further wear after receipt. **On rare occasion old adhesive may crack in transit causing a rhinestone or pearl to dislodge. It’s an easy fix I’m happy to do or walk you thru. *My return policy applies to non-U.S. orders returned by postal service due to buyer delay or non-payment of charges owed upon delivery.

HOW DO I CLEAN AND STORE VINTAGE JEWELRY?

To clean vintage rhinestone jewelry, I recommend using a jewelry polishing cloth or, as another option, a soft cloth slightly dampened with window cleaner and gently wipe the surface of the jewelry to be cleaned. NEVER submerge vintage rhinestone jewelry in any kind of liquid as the liquid can get underneath the rhinestones and damage the foil backing. Do not submerge vintage simulated pearl jewelry in any kind of liquid as it can damage the coating on the faux pearls. It is important to always store your jewelry in a dry place. Also, be sure to put your jewelry on AFTER you apply hair spray and spray perfume.

HOW CAN I FIND MY VINTAGE EARRING BRACELET SIZE?

STEP 1: Measure your Wrist with a cloth tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, at the smallest part of your wrist, and measure it. STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen on that paper. Then measure that paper strip with a ruler. That would be your wrist size. STEP 3: To find your bracelet size, just add your wrist size with the appropriate measurements below. FITTING STYLE Add inch(es) to your wrist Size Comfort fit add 1" - 1 1/4" Looser fit add 1 1/4" - 1 1/2" For example, my wrist is puny at 5 1/2". I like my bracelets on the looser side and wear this style bracelet at 7". It has room for movement but certainly is not falling off my wrist.

HOW CAN I ESTIMATE VINTAGE EARRING BRACELET SIZE?

Petite = 6.75 inches (17 cm) Small = 7 inches (18 cm) Medium = 7.5 inches (19 cm) Large = 8 inches - 8.5 inches (20 cm - 21.5 cm) Plus Size = 9 inches (22.5 cm) *** Because the links on my vintage earring bracelets are relatively large, you really need a bit more length than what you would take in a tennis style bracelet in order to have some movement.*** My earring bracelets come a standard 7 inch length. I can get them down to 6.75 inches without removing a jeweled link or can lengthen them to whatever size is needed by adding heavier 1/4 inch silver or gold plated chain links between the end jewels and the clasp hardware. There is no extra charge for altering the length.

Please be aware that in the spirit of "Reuse/Repurpose/Upcycle", I reuse outer packaging material whenever I have it. It is good for the environment and keeps shipping costs down for both of us. However, if you prefer I use new packaging, please just let me know.

I am SO excited to be offering this beyond beautiful, SO sparkly vintage high-end German made Art Deco brilliantly clear sparkly rhinestone encrusted Old Hollywood Glam purse perfect for the Bride. If you've ever seen one of these rhinestone encrusted purses in person you know that photos are not doing it justice as they don't capture the unbelievable sparkle of the rhinestones; it absolutely shimmers as it catches the light. The outside of the bag is lavishly covered with hundreds of claw set SO sparkly clear crystal rhinestones that adorn the bag front, back, bottom and sides! The bag closes with a crystal rhinestone adorned kiss lock clasp that snaps tightly into place. Bag measures 7 1/2 inches wide at the widest point and is 4 1/2 inches high not including the clasp. This is perfect for essentials. I have an iphone 11 pro that, though tight, fits inside. The silver chain strap that, when extended, measures 4 3/4 inches above the top in the middle. The outside of the purse is in near PRISTINE vintage condition with all rhinestone present and brilliant with clear sparkle, no rips, stains or discoloration, the frame very good though does show some dullness with a bit of faint plating wear. The the clasp functions perfectly. The treasure is lined with light cream satiny fabric, with one inner pocket with no tears or discoloration. Full disclosure: there is one very small, very faint spot of pinkness about an inch down from the clasp (See photo). Bag bears a "MADE IN GERMANY" cloth tag inside the pocket. It comes with the original two sided mirror that has slight cloudiness from edge. This bag is VERY similar to designer "Walborg" in construction and quality. Because it is marked "made in Germany" it very likely pre-dates 1945 when Germany was split after WWII. This stunning extremely well made rhinestone encrusted bag will be the perfect accessory for your Art Deco, Old Hollywood Glam or Vintage Wedding and then with a pair of jeans and a tee afterwards!

This is very disturbing. When I click on the thumbnail picture of the purse I supposedly purchased it is not what I had purchased BUT all the other pictures were for the one I thought I was going to get. The purse I received was not what I want and the one I want you still have for sale. Here is the link to what I should have received. Please note it says yr purchases. That is what I purchased https://www.etsy.com/listing/1797790643/wow-vintage-rhinestone-art-deco-flapper?ref=yr_purchases This purse is unacceptable. It was NOT what I ordered. The inside top and left sides have obvious staining that was not disclosed. The only thing you have correct is the size. No pave frame with rhinestones. No kiss lock clasp.

I am sorry that the buyer wasn't expecting the purse she purchased. It is the exact bag she ordered and is exactly as described. It doesn't have a rhinestone frame or kiss lock clasp. Buyer is confused with a purse that was listed in my shop days after she purchased the one she received. I accept returns for any reason.
