This is a digitally printed, washable, lightweight, and foldable rug. It is not a thick or heavy traditional rug.

Our rugs are carefully folded and packed in transparent protective wrapping for safe and eco-friendly shipping. Once received, you may notice some folds — these typically flatten out naturally within a few hours of laying the rug flat.

We recommend reviewing all product photos and videos before purchasing to get a clear sense of texture, thickness, and finish.

🔶️ For a smooth shipping process, it may be useful to add your phone number in the "Personalization" field or "Note to Buyer" section when ordering. This is especially important for shipping companies to reach you more easily. Of course, this is entirely up to you — but we would be very happy if you added it!

Our rugs are fade-resistant and can be washed at 30°C, preserving their vibrant colors.

The upper surface is made of polyester chenille fabric, the lower surface is made of a cotton base. It has a carefully prepared, densely woven, and very soft base.
The density of our luxury digitally printed modern rugs: 1,200 gr/m².
Material: 5-6 mm thick microfiber polyester blend.
Packaging and Personalization
Packaging: Transparent packaging, optional gift packaging is available.
We can produce carpets in special sizes.
Bulk orders are accepted.
Due to the high-temperature digital printing process, our rugs may vary in size by ±1-2%.
Colors may appear different depending on lighting and screen settings. If you would like to see real photos from different angles before making your decision, we are happy to provide them.

Important Shipping Notes
⚠️ Our shipping carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A full street address is required. If you've entered a P.O. Box address, please contact us immediately. If we notice it and reach out but do not get a response, we are not responsible for delivery failure. No refunds will be made in such cases.

Customs and Taxes

We try to ship our products to as many countries as possible. However, please be aware that not every country allows international parcels to enter without import duties — except the USA.

For countries like Canada (and others where some of our products ship from Turkey instead of the US), Etsy might not collect import taxes/VAT at checkout. This may result in the courier collecting duties and processing fees upon delivery. This is not a delivery fee and has nothing to do with us or the shipping carrier — it’s a government-imposed tax.

If taxes appear at checkout (e.g., for AU, NO, UK, EU, NZ, USA), then no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

Some countries have customs thresholds (e.g., €150 for the EU, £135 for the UK). Please check your country's rules. In some regions, these fees can be quite high, so we recommend researching in advance.

What to Do if Your Package or Product Arrives Damaged
Take photos of the package, including the shipping label and barcode.
Take detailed photos of the damaged product areas.
Contact UPS/DHL/FedEx local office on the day of delivery and request a damage report. (The sooner you act, the better the chance of resolution.)
Share the photo evidence with us so we can also file a claim with the shipping company from our side.
If the courier delivered the item to you directly, ask them to note the damage in their system.
Do not use or discard the product until the claim process is complete. Keep it in the original condition.
Returns and Exchanges Policy

In the rare event of a defect, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange. However, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or dislike.
