I do not allow returns! Once item is shipped, it is out of my hands. If an item is damaged, please contact me ASAP. I will review the items damages and discuss a refund.

What is considered a “Damaged” item?

A damaged item is one that is completely unusable. Keep in mind, As a refurbished product, the item may not be entirely “perfect” but it would not be considered damaged. Once you open your package, and if the item is not damaged, any future damage to your item is not my fault.

I do not allow refunds after an item has been shipped. If an item is damaged, please contact me asap to discuss the issue and resolve it!

Why is the top of my candle not smooth?

I heat the top of my candles to smooth out roughness that occurs when a candle hardens. However, not all candles will be 100% smooth. Candle Tops having a bit of a “bumpy” top is completely normal and does NOT effect the candles scent or usage!

Why does the sides of my candle container look white?

The “white” spots on top of or on the sides of candles are caused from heat. The moisture content of the candle and the texture appearance of the candle may be effected by higher temperatures. However, this is just appearance and does NOT effect the scent or usage of the candle. It is completely normal, especially during warmer weather.

Why does the sides of my candle look wet or spotted?

I only use 100% soy wax, and soy wax tends to “sweat” on the sides. This is, however, just an appearance thing and does NOT effect the candles scent or usage! It is completely normal.

🧱All prints are made from a high quality material called PLA Filament, Polylactic Acid. This material is known for being durable and has a great appearance! However, please be mindful that your 3D print could break if mistreated, dropped, or purposefully broken.

🕵️‍♀️Due to the nature of 3d printing, some minor imperfections may occur on any print. Seam lines, minor stringing, blemishes, bumps, etc; may occur. We do our best to keep imperfections to a minimum.

☀️ PLA is meant to be kept indoors as hot temperatures can damage your print. Shady areas for short periods of time may be okay.
