Where do your items ship from?

While our shop is based in Canada, all items are printed and shipped from our U.S. print partners. This ensures fast shipping for U.S. customers and reliable worldwide delivery.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order. Processing usually takes 2–5 business days. U.S. orders: Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Canadian orders: Since items ship from the U.S., delivery may take a bit longer than domestic U.S. orders. Please allow extra time for customs and local postal handling.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s a problem with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! Many of our items can be personalized (such as names, numbers, dates, or colors). If you don’t see the option you’re looking for, send us a message. we’re always happy to help.

What size should I order?

Sizing details are listed in each product description. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Will colors look exactly as shown?

We do our best to display accurate colors, but please note that screen settings and printing variations may cause slight differences in shade.

Do you offer bulk or team discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders (10+ items). Message us with your needs and we’ll create a custom listing for you.

Can I request a design that’s not listed in your shop?

Absolutely! We love custom ideas. If you have a design in mind, message us and we’ll see if we can create it for you.

Can I see a preview of my order before it’s made?

In most cases, previews aren’t required, and sending them for every order could delay processing. However, if a design needs confirmation (for example, personalized details) or if you request a preview, we’ll gladly send you a mockup before production.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization details?

Please double-check your personalization before placing the order. If you notice a mistake, message us right away. We can usually fix it if the item hasn’t gone into production yet.
