Do you accept custom orders?

YES!! We love creating custom orders for you! If you have a request, please shoot us a message, we typically answer within 6 hours during slower periods, and within 24 hours within peak times.

Do I need a Canva account to edit my Canva templates?

Yes, you will need to signup for a free Canva account to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. A subscription is not required.

What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

Instaprints4u is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

Where are you physical items shipped from?

While I am based in North Carolina, I work with several fulfillment centers throughout the country, so your physical item may be shipped from any state that contains a fulfillment center. Some of these cities/states include Georgia, California, Texas, and more. Our goal is to get your order out to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! For digital downloads, I do not provide refunds for any items purchased. I offer cancellations ONLY on orders where I have to email a custom listing to the customer before I have sent out the order. Once I have sent out the order (I will also message you to let you know I have), no cancellations will be provided.
