Custom and personalised orders

Adding initials, dates and names on the items can be easily done by leaving a private message or a note at checkout. For entirely custom designs illustrated by us send a message including as many details as possible. The process for a custom designs includes our initial consultation, price quote, sketch and confirmation before engraving and shipping.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All lighters come in a gift metal tin box but you can wrap this further by adding the gift wrapping service at checkout.

Due to the extra personalised/custom nature of our items, all lighters are engraved to order one by one so cancellations are usually only accepted within a few hours of ordering. We usually strive to ship the same or next day after ordering hence why the short notice.

All parcels are tracked using reputable shipping providers. From time to time they might experience delays or transportation issues so we are here to assist you at any time. If you believe your order is getting delayed and you need it urgently, we can immediately send out a replacement. Message us anytime! :)

How long does a full custom order take?

From your initial message to completion it can take around 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the illustration.

What’s the difference between basic and brass?

Brass lighters are made of solid brass and completely polished inside and outside, they are a heavier, more luxurious feel. The basic option is a budget friendly option that is made of mix metals and can have metal/copper residue on the inside.

Our engraved cards are an exploration of the tarot world, carrying on so many emotions of actuality whilst respecting the meanings of the original deck.

LIGHTERS COME EMPTY of liquid due to safety shipping regulations. Please purchase lighter liquid separately. The petrol lighters come with a new flint installed, but this needs to be changed every 2 weeks as well as being re-filled with liquid to maintain and use the lighter forever. Lighter liquid and flints can be purchased at corner shops or online at authorised stores. GAS LIGHTERS don’t need a flint, only lighter gas.

All of our products are designed and hand-crafted by us in London, UK. We strive to be authentic and explore the origins of the tarot world and re-interpret each card in a personal way.

The tarot collection of lighters makes amazing personalised gifts for any occasion (birthday, anniversary, wedding - bridesmaids and groomsmen) especially when a personal engraving is added on the back or lateral sides.
