A dainty garnet necklace and earring set is perfect for a January birthstone gift. Made in a minimal drop style with natural garnet gemstones in 14k gold filled and sterling silver. Adds a red wine sparkling color to your look and perfect for everyday wear. Stones are faceted pear briolettes 8x5mm in size and were mined in Madagascar. The chain is a dainty cable with a 2 inch extender so you can adjust the length.

About Garnet:

The name garnet comes from the Latin word "granatum" meaning pomegranate seed. Garnet is the birthstone for January and the second wedding anniversary stone.

Garnets are formed under extreme heat and pressure and are found in igneous and metamorphic rocks. They are composed of silicate and aluminum and come in many varieties and colors, with red being the most popular. They can be found in the US, Madagascar, Africa, Russia, India, Pakistan, and South America.

Garnet is referred to as the travelers stone, and in ancient times was used as the friendship gem.

It takes 3-5 days to make your order, and USPS takes another 3-5 business days to deliver. I ship from New Hampshire and offer Free Shipping on all orders $35 and over with Ground Advantage. Priority options are available at an additional charge if you need your order sooner. I do add tracking to all packages.



* Can I return or exchange my jewelry?

Yes. I want you to be happy with your jewelry. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please let me know first. My return policy is 30 days.



* Do you make custom orders?

I enjoy making custom orders and happy to design something special just for you. I love it when customers join in, and they have come up with some beautiful ideas over the years. Because these items are customized for you and are not something I currently sell in my shop, I cannot take returns on these items.

I thought the seller did a great job with packaging and timely delivery. The earring/necklace that came with an additional surprise gift of a homemade candle made by the owner so my package smelled delicious when I opened it five stars.

I can’t even begin to express how lovely this set is! There’s even a tiny garnet at the end of the necklace’s chain that makes it even more special! We bought it for my daughter to wear for winter formal, and to say it take her outfit to the next level is an understatement. And Linda’s customer service and efforts to ensure it got to us in time were just wonderful - she was so lovely and kind! Can’t recommend her more. 😊❤️
