We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays. We DO NOT work for the post office, UPS or Fedex. We are a small handmade company that uses these shipping services to ship our items.

If you choose to stay with standard ground shipping on your order, expect delays!! The post office is delayed, especially around the holidays. If you choose to pay for standard a shipping, you cannot expect fast delivery and you MUST expect delays. Shipping dates at checkout are ESTIMATES and again, do not account for shipping delays.

If you need any item fast, contact me before ordering so I can advise you of the best shipping method for you.
