Our Artist will design your towel with the name you provide and the background you chose.
Our Artist will work on your designs and send to production within 24-48 hours of your purchase.
Once the towels are made we will ship via USPS or UPS, tracking number provided.
Total processing time is about 1-3 business days from purchase date.

Buyer beware. If you are expecting a thick or soft towel, this isn’t it. While the printing is lovely (hence the 2 stars), the towel itself is thin, stiff, and it looks so cheap. The printed side is soft (like a faux suede), but it does not absorb water. The white side feels scratchy and is super thin. Despite paying $36, I’m too embarrassed to give this as a gift so I bought something else instead. I’m sorry to the seller who is probably lovely, but you really should have close up photos and a better description. FYI this is the “premium”.
