1. Are your earrings heavy?

Not at all. All of my earrings are made from lightweight polymer clay, so they're super comfy to wear all day long.

2. What materials do you use?

I mainly use polymer clay and stainless steel findings for all my earrings. Some designs may also include resin, mica powders, or other accents - each piece is carefully crafted to be lightweight and comfortable to wear.

3. Do you offer clip-ons or other findings?

Yes, I offer clip-on options for most earrings. Just send me a message before placing your order, and I'll be happy to check availability and adjust the findings for you. Some designs are not possible for clip-ons, but I will let you know what I can do.

4. Can I request a sold-out item?

If you had your eye on a sold-out design, feel free to reach out. I can sometimes recreate popular pieces depending on the materials I have available.

5. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! If you'd like a custom color or design, feel free to message me. I'd love to create something special just for you.

6. Are the earring hooks/studs/findings hypoallergenic?

I use stainless steel findings for all my earrings, which are generally well-tolerated and suitable for most people with sensitive ears. However, since everyone's skin react differently, I can't guarantee they are 100% completely hypoallergenic. I never had any issues with my customers complaining about having allergic reactions, so I can say that my earrings are safe for sensitive ears.

7. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes, I do! Since all pieces are handmade, I'll need a bit of time to create larger quantities - especially if materials are not in stock and need to be restocked. Just send me a message with your request, and I'll let you know if I can begin right away or if I'll need a little extra time. For bulk or wholesale orders, I do require a downpayment to confirm your order and begin the process.

8. Do you accept returns or exchange?

Yes, I accept returns and exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me first, and ship the item back in its original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

9. Can I send earrings as a gift?

Yes, absolutely! Just mark your order as a gift at checkout. I don't include prices in the package, and your earrings will be neatly wrapped and ready to gift. If you need me to wrapped it beautifully, just send me a message and I will arrange it for you.

What if there's a problem with my delivery or I'm asked to pay extra fees?

All orders from my shop are shipped with POSTAGE FULLY PAID in advance. Buyers are not required to pay additional shipping fees upon delivery. Because (most of the time) I ship internationally, there may be rare occasions where postal delays, tracking discrepancies, or misunderstandings occur with local post services. If you are ever asked to pay unexpected fee, or if something about your delivery doesn't seem right, please contact me before taking any further action. I'm always happy to look into the issue, check the tracking details, and help find the best possible solution as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is very important to me, I truly appreciate open communication so I can assist you promptly.

Polymer clay, gold plated hoops, gold plated bead studs

These festive holly wreath earrings are handmade from polymer clay, featuring 3 different shades of holly leaves and accented with delicate micro beads. The wreath is elegantly attached to a stainless steel hoop, dangling from bead studs for a charming and sophisticated look. Perfect for the Christmas season, these earrings capture the holiday spirit with their intricate details and warm, festive colors, adding a touch of holiday cheer to any outfit.

The earrings are made of polymer clay and it is lightweight. Though polymer clay is a sturdy material, I still suggest to handle your earrings with care to avoid breakage or damage. There will be flaws in the clay, dainty imperfections, due to the baking process. But be assured that these earrings are more beautiful than in the pictures.

CARE TIPS:
To clean make up stains, use cotton swab with alcohol or acetone and wipe it off. To remove dust particles, a soft brush can be used, damp cloth or simply rinse it with water and let it dry.

Beautifully crafted. Well made. Looks like it will last for years to come. Unfortunately the shipping takes a while as it comes from Canada. Was not able to wear this year at the Christmas celebrations at work but look forward to wearing them next year.
