I try to keep it green by using clean recycled packaging products such as boxes and packing peanuts. If you would like new packing instead of recycled feel free to request this at checkout!

As stated above please contact me within three days of receipt. After returns have been received by me in same condition, I will refund the costs of the item. Item doesn't fit your décor? Changed your mind? yes you can return for the costs of the item only (not shipping). Only if I have grossly misrepresented the item will I return all cost. Can I cancel my order?

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not already been taken to the post office.

Can I update the shipping address after purchasing?

It is important to check that the shipping address is accurate before you complete your order. I am not responsible for an incorrect address, I will send to the address supplied to me. If your package needs to be picked up at the post office and it fails to be picked up in time ( usually 15 days) it will be returned to sender and you will not receive a refund.

Can I get my order shipped today?

If you need your order shipped out sooner just let me know. Most times I can ship the next day upon request for no extra charge!

I will include tracking for any U.S bound package. If your package needs to be picked up at the post office or if a delivery can not be made due to weather or access issues I try to send a message to buyers as a courtesy as not everyone tracks every movement of their order.

Where is my package?!

I do provide tracking with all domestic orders. Please check your tracking number to be aware of any delays due to weather. A package is not considered lost until it has been 15 days since the order was shipped. At that point we can file a claim. This is a very rare occurrence.

My item was damaged, what do I do now?

While this is an extremely rare occurrence sometimes breaks happen. No worries!! Send me a picture of the damage and the box and I will send a refund. Its that easy
