Here at Spoonflower, all of our products are printed and manufactured after you place an order in our factories in the USA. Every design is created by an independent designer in our artist community. We print everything digitally on large format printers using non-toxic, vegan, water-based inks. Our digital printing process does not allow for the use of metallic or pearlescent inks. Any images in our listings are actually computer generated renderings, not actual photos, that provide an example of how the design will look on the product. As all items are made to order — we do not keep a regular inventory in the usual sense of the word, but any design for sale is essentially “in stock,” since we physically create it when you order.

Returns and Cancellations:

*Returns: All of our products are custom made to order, so we are typically unable to accept returns. If you receive a flawed or damaged order, we are always willing to replace or refund it. Otherwise, we handle returns on a case by case basis. You have 30 days from when your order has shipped from our factories to let us know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window. *Cancellations: Due to the automated nature of the way we print, manufacture, and ship orders, we have a very small window to cancel any orders before they are printed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us via Etsy within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For best results, we recommend washing these fabrics with phosphate free detergent in cool water using a gentle or delicate machine cycle. Tumble dry on a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly. Since digital printing fabrics require gentler handling we suggest a more gentle solution to remove any stains. It is also best to let fabric air dry after using any cleaners instead of putting in the dryer as this may set the stains further. For wallpaper, we recommend gently wiping down with a damp cloth. The use of cleaner or heavy rubbing can cause color to lift.

Can I order a test swatch? Can I order more than one?

Yes, we encourage ordering a swatch to test the look and feel of an item before committing to the full product, as colors can vary from screen to fabric/paper. Currently, we offer swatches on our Curtain, Wallpaper, and Duvet/Sham listings only. Feel free to send us a message and we’d be happy to direct you to where to order swatches for all other products! To order multiple quantities you will simply “Add to Cart” and then update the quantity to the amount you need.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Orders for multiple products may ship at different times to ensure the quickest delivery. Due to the way our products are printed and sewn on demand, we are not able to expedite any orders.

What are your pillow inserts made of?

Our inserts are made of 100% polyester fiber enclosed in a polyester/cotton blend cover.

We currently do not offer custom sizes. The only size products we offer are the sizes listed in our item descriptions. However, we do also offer our fabric by the yard! If you have a sewist in mind you can order the fabric and have products made to your specifications! You can shop fabric by the yard in our Spoonflower Etsy shop. All our designs are created by independent designers so we're not able to change the design in any way. However, many of these designers do take requests! Care
Machine wash warm on a gentle/delicate setting. Tumble dry low. Warm iron as needed. Fabric will soften with washing. Minimal shrinkage will occur during washing, which is characteristic of this cotton sateen and will allow for the optimal fit.

This was a fantastic purchase!!! It looks so beautiful, the colors are vibrant and fun without being over the top. The fabric is a bit stiff, but I like the way it feels/looks, so it really depends on the person. The sewing is beautiful and it is designed well. I actually couldn’t be happier. I wanted sooner and the customer service was excellent. They explained why it would take longer than I hoped, but they still got it here before the predicted date. I love this duvet so much!!!
