Do prints come with a frame?

Most designs in my shop are for the print only, no frame. Prints will ship rolled in cardboard packaging. My smallest size prints, 8x10" will ship flat. You can also message me to get pricing for frames. Some listings do include a frame, this will be detailed in the title and description.

What happens if my print arrives damaged?

If you print arrives in less than perfect condition, whether it's completed crushed (luckily this doesn't happen often) or there are small dents, creases or ink marks that should been, please message me right away and I'll be happy to help you. If you could include a photo of the damaged item that show the full item and the damaged part that would be really helpful!

How do I unroll my new print?

It’s exciting to unwrap a new print! But as tempting as it is, try not to hold one edge and unroll with the other hand, especially for larger sizes. Fine art paper is thicker, and this can cause the corners to curl or crease. To flatten safely, gently hold down the two outer corners with a heavy object, then slowly unroll and secure the other two corners. Leave it to rest, and your print should flatten naturally within 1–2 days.
