How do you ship my order?

Orders destined for the USA ship by a local courier across the border to Niagara Falls, NY, where they are deposited directly in the US Postal System. Your order will arrive in your regular mail. Everything in my shop is USMCA-certified duty-free, which means customers won't pay any tariffs. Orders destined for Canada/overseas ship by courier from Toronto, Canada. DURING THE CANADA POST STRIKE: All Canadian orders will ship via courier. Shipping options (for expediting or adding international tracking) are available in your shopping cart during checkout. The default shipping setting in your cart is the cheapest shipping method available to your destination.

What if I want to buy something in a quantity greater than the number shown on the listing?

In some cases, I may have more items available than the listing indicates. This is particularly true for made-to-order items where I'm likely to have a stockpile in storage that hasn't been counted and added to the listing yet. If you would like to order more of something than the quantity allows, contact me and ask. Most of the time, I can simply adjust the number and you can check out your desired quantity right away.

Where are you REALLY located?

My studio is located in Toronto, Canada but I am able to ship from the US through a courier service that takes my packages across the border & mails them there. This is why tracking on US-bound orders originates in Niagara Falls, NY instead of Toronto, Canada. Everything in this shop is CUSMA-certified and ships duty-free to the USA.

Can I return something if I don't like it/it doesn't fit?

In most cases, absolutely! There are just 2 exceptions-- piercings (i.e., earrings that go through a piercing) and custom jewelry. We cannot accept returns on earrings for hygienic reasons. We have no way of knowing if a piercing has been worn previously unless it is a brand new item. All piercings I sell are new and unworn. I cannot accept returns on anything that has been customized. This includes any jewelry that has been altered in a specific way at the customer's request from it's original form. This does not include drop-down menu selections already present on the listings. All other items (including one-of-a-kind, ready-to-ship items) may be returned within the parameters of our return policy.

I live in/near Toronto. Can I pick it up in-person?

Absolutely! Just contact me and we can arrange a time for you to come pick up your order. I do not accept cash or cheques at the door, however and I cannot allow visitors into my studio for security reasons. All orders must be pre-paid here on Etsy and I can immediately refund any shipping costs charged.

Placing Items On-Hold/Layaway

Due to limited quantities, (most pieces are one-of-a-kind) we are unable to reserve items that have not been paid for. However, I am happy to hold items that have been paid for and delay shipping, if you think you may wish to add more items to your order and have everything ship together. Please contact me if you wish to have me hold your paid order while you browse other items. Any additional shipping charges incurred by subsequent transactions will be refunded (in cases where multiple items can be packed together and ship to the same destination).

That clip will also show you what happens if you try to use liquid jewelry cleaner on unsuitable materials, such as bismuth crystals and oxidized Sterling silver.

Custom and personalized orders

I have received a LOT of requests for custom wire-wrapping. Although I have no plans to offer this service on Etsy or any other third-party platforms, I do plan to offer it through my own website in the future. If you would like to know when this service launches, you can either follow me on social media (I will be announcing it on Facebook, Twitter & YouTube) or sign up for the email newsletter on my website. I'm not able to give more specific details (i.e., possible dates) at this time.

This elaborate, handcrafted pendant was made with a natural chrysoprase cabochon, set in solid Sterling silver wire, woven by-hand to cascade around the edges. Silver loops and weaves wash about the base of the pendant while three aventurine stones, set in delicate, herringbone weaves, add to the richness of the stone. The wire was oxidized to bring out the texture and intricacy of the wire-work, then hand-polished to an aged finish. The piece is available with your choice of chain and measures 50x30x20mm (2.0" x 1.2" x 0.8"). This is a one-of-a-kind item and there won't ever be another like it!

This piece comes in a luxurious, black velvet jeweler's box, contained in a cardboard outer shell (so you can wrap the box without damaging the velvet); perfect for gift-giving. This is an heirloom-quality piece you can treasure for many years to come.
