You’ll receive a digital proof within 24 hours. Wedding planning can be stressful and I know how important it is to receive your items in a timely fashion. Once approved, your order goes to press. My print partner is one of the only foil printers in the United States, and I am so proud of that fact. What is the status of my order?

If you received your proof confirmation message less than 6 days ago, your order is most likely still at press. I will send shipping confirmation and tracking as soon as it ships. You can check your order status by hitting the "Track Package" button next to the order on your Purchases page (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases). Select Track Package to see detailed information about your package’s status.

Ooops! Can I cancel this order?

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours for a refund minus a 10% processing fee (to cover non-refundable transaction costs charged by Etsy). • Orders may not be canceled after the design proof has been sent. I’m happy to offer store credit so you can apply your purchase toward another item in my shop. • Orders that have been sent to production cannot be refunded. I always want you to love your order, so if you have any issues, please reach out and I’ll work with you to find a solution.

Can you change the font?

For digital products, yes, you can change the font! For printed products, I spend a lot of time choosing the best font pairings, as well as physically printing each of my designs to ensure that they will look their absolute best after they are printed. I cannot change the fonts or another fundamental part of the design as that would compromise that quality that Sugarplum products are held to.

Of course! Additional personalization like adding custom crests or logos will incur an additional customization fee due to the time and attention it requires.
