► HOW TO SEND YOUR CUSTOM IMAGE

• 1st Method — Etsy Messages | Send your handwriting, artwork, or fingerprint image through AimStones Etsy Messages or from your order details. Please include your order number so we can match the image to your purchase. • 2nd Method — Email Us- aimgems01@gmail.com, You may also send your image as an email attachment. Please use the email linked to your Etsy account and include your order number in the subject line. Helpful Tips: • Images can be sent before or after ordering. • JPG, JPEG, PNG, and PDF files are preferred. • For best results, send a clear, high-quality image. • Unsure about your design? Send it to us before ordering and we'll be happy to review it.

► IMAGE GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOM JEWELRY

• For the best outcome, please send a clear, sharp, high-resolution image taken in good lighting. • Character and design limits may vary depending on the jewelry style and engraving area. • We can often remove unwanted marks or surrounding text and focus on the handwriting, letters, or artwork you want featured. Multiple images may also be combined when the design allows. • You may send your image before ordering so we can confirm whether it is suitable and suggest any needed adjustments. • We welcome handwriting, drawings, and designs in any language or style, including cursive and print.

► MEASURE & SIZE GUIDE

• BRACELETS | For a relaxed and comfortable fit, we suggest selecting a bracelet approximately 1/2 inch to 1 inch larger than your actual wrist measurement. Our bracelets include a 1-inch extension chain for additional adjustability. • NECKLACES | Necklace lengths are measured in inches and include the complete CHARM + CHAIN + CLASP length. Our necklaces feature a 1.5-inch extension piece, allowing you to adjust the fit as needed. • RINGS | AimStones rings follow standard US sizing. For the most accurate size, we recommend having your finger measured by a local jeweler. You can also use a ring sizer at home. For US and international ring size conversions, visit www.ringsizes.co

► PROCESSING TIME & ORDER STATUS

Each AimStones piece is carefully handmade and prepared with attention to detail. Please note that choosing faster shipping only reduces the delivery time after dispatch; it does not shorten the time needed to prepare your order. • Ready-to-Ship Items | Orders for in-stock pieces are typically prepared within 1 business day. When combined with made-to-order items, ready-to-ship pieces may be sent separately when applicable. • Made-to-Order Items | Custom and made-to-order jewelry is prepared within 3–5 business days. The estimated preparation time will be shown in the individual listing details. ᴘʀᴏᴄᴇꜱꜱɪɴɢ ᴛɪᴍᴇ + ꜱʜɪᴘᴘɪɴɢ ᴛʀᴀɴꜱɪᴛ = ᴇꜱᴛɪᴍᴀᴛᴇᴅ ᴅᴇʟɪᴠᴇʀʏ ᴅᴀᴛᴇ You can view your latest order updates and tracking information through your Etsy

► MATERIALS & JEWELRY CARE

Our jewelry is crafted using quality materials selected according to each design. Depending on the piece, the base may be .925 sterling silver or brass, with gold-tone styles finished with 18K gold plating for a polished, elegant look. To maintain the beauty and finish of your jewelry, our gold-plated pieces are treated with a protective anti-tarnish layer and are designed to be water resistant and suitable for most wearers. Although our jewelry is made for everyday use, proper care will help extend its appearance and longevity. We recommend limiting contact with salt water, chlorine, perfume, lotions, oils, and harsh chemicals. For the best results, remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, or using beauty and cleaning products.

► RETURN & QUALITY POLICY

We want you to shop with confidence at AimStones. All eligible items are covered by a 90-day quality guarantee. • Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. ► WHY DID MY ORDER ARRIVE IN MORE THAN ONE PACKAGE?
