How do I access my digital prints?

Upon purchase, you will receive an automated email from Etsy containing the download information. If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam, Trash, Social, and Promotions inboxes. You may also try adding transaction@etsy.com to your address book. Alternatively, if you have an account with Etsy, you can click on 'Your account' (top right corner of the page), ‘Purchases and reviews,' and then ‘Download Files’ (to the right of your order). Please make sure to use a web browser (vs. the mobile app) to download your files, as this is a requirement by Etsy.

What are your recommendations for printing?

We recommend using professional printing services online for the best results. You can also print at local copy stores or use a home printer, although the quality may vary. We suggest using heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock for optimal results. For vintage-style prints, premium archival fine art paper is recommended.

Where can I find frames used in your photos?

The frames used in our listing photos are not sold by us. However, we recommend websites like frameiteasy.com, finerworks.com, and framebridge.com for beautiful frame collections.

Help! I used Apple Pay and can't find my download.

If you used Apple Pay or logged in through an Apple ID, you may have chosen the option "Hide My Email," which sends the download information to a randomly generated email. If you cannot locate your order, please reach out to us via Etsy messaging for assistance.

Where can I print my digital art?

We recommend online print services such as finerworks.com, mpix.com, and posterjack.ca for the best quality. Local printing options are also available, but quality may vary.

What type of paper should I choose?

We recommend heavyweight matte paper or premium cardstock for budget-friendly options. For the most authentic vintage look, premium archival fine art paper is recommended.

I'm having trouble downloading my files.
