My tracking number isn’t updating, where is my order?

All stickers or items with free shipping do not include full tracking information. TRACING updates are provided by Pitney Bowes and generally will update as the envelope goes through sorting machines. Any updates can ONLY be viewed on Etsy, you can't track it through USPS. You'll get a notification once your order has shipped but it is VERY common for there to be no update or very sporadic updates, and it will often be marked delivered a day or two before it is actually delivered. If you haven’t received your order and it is past the expected delivery date provided in the shipping notification email, message me and I will be more than happy to help. You can also upgrade to full trackable shipping at checkout if you would prefer.

Return/Exchange/Cancelations?

I do not do returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to me and I’ll be more than happy to help. In certain situations, I may accept cancelations, depending on the status of your order. Please reach out if you’d like to cancel your order and I will see what I can do. If I have already packaged, mailed, or shipped your order, I will not cancel it.

My sticker order says it was delivered but I can’t find it.

It’s very common for USPS to show an item was delivered when it hasn’t been. Typically it does get delivered in the next day or two, but if it’s been more than 3 business days since it was “delivered”, let me know and I will be more than happy to help you with it!

My sticker isn’t sticking very well. What should I do?

If you have any issues with your stickers at any point, please don’t hesitate to message me. The amount of time they should last varies depending on what you’ve put the sticker on, but I am more than happy to send a replacement for you if you have issues within six months of the date of purchase. Just send me a message with your order number (if you have it) and a photo of the sticker. ❤️
