Shipping labels are automatically printed through Etsy, with the address you input during your checkout process. Because of this, I am not responsible for items that are delivered to a wrong address or not delivered at all. Please make sure you correctly input the address you need your items shipped to. Should the package be returned by the USPS, I will notify you and you can purchase a new shipping label so that I can resend your items.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in the situation where I've made a mistake (misspelled name or wrong item). All other items are not eligible for a refund. If there is an issue with an item, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the item to discuss next steps. If I receive an item back as a return to sender (RTS) I will make an effort to contact. I will hold RTS items for 45 days after contacting you and then the item will be donated.

I do accept rush orders. Please purchase the rush order upgrade listing if you need your item faster than the stated turn around time.

I can not guarantee that an item will be delivered by a certain date unless we discuss it before hand and express shipping is used. Asking in the "notes to seller" section for the item to be shipped quicker than the expected turnaround time is NOT a guarantee that the item will ship out faster. I often don't see the notes to seller notes until I begin to work on the item, so I may not see the note until it is too late to meet the deadline.
