How do personalized orders and design proofs work?

Creating something just for you is one of my favorite parts of Selah & Co.! Simply provide your personalization details at checkout. I'll create your custom design and send a digital proof through Etsy Messages within 1–2 business days. You'll have an opportunity to review your design and request adjustments before it moves into production or final digital delivery. Please keep an eye on your Etsy Messages so we can make sure everything is just right!

Can I request changes? What if I don't approve my proof?

Absolutely! I'm happy to make adjustments to your proof before it's finalized, according to the revision terms of your listing. If I don't receive a response, I'll send friendly reminders. If five calendar days pass after your initial proof is sent without a response, despite multiple contact attempts, your design may be submitted for printing as shown, provided it matches the personalization details you submitted. Please review all names, dates, and spelling carefully. Once an order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you offer custom designs to match my nursery?

Yes! I'd love to help you create something special for your little one's space! Through my "Made to Match Your Nursery" service, I can create personalized artwork inspired by your nursery's colors, theme, bedding, wallpaper, or existing decor. Simply share your inspiration photos and design ideas, and I'll work with you to create a piece that feels right at home. This service includes unlimited design revisions so we can get every detail just right! Explore my "Made to Match Your Nursery" listing in the shop, or message me with your ideas. I'd love to bring your vision to life!

Need your order a little sooner? I'll do my best to help! Rush production may be available for select personalized products. Please message me before ordering to confirm availability and timing. When available, you can purchase rush processing here: https://shopselahandco.etsy.com/listing/1690071071 Rush processing prioritizes preparation or production but does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Expedited shipping may be available separately.

How do I download my digital purchase?

For instant digital downloads, your files will be available after payment is processed. To access them, sign in to Etsy using a computer or mobile browser (not the Etsy app) and visit: www.etsy.com/your/purchases Find your order and select "Download Files." Some purchases include ZIP folders that must be extracted before use. Personalized digital designs are delivered separately as described in their listing. If you need assistance, please send me a message!

Can I order a physical print instead of a digital download?

In many cases, yes! I offer professionally printed artwork alongside select digital downloads. If you've found a design you love and would prefer a physical print, please message me to confirm available sizes and options. You can also explore my custom printing options here: https://shopselahandco.etsy.com/listing/1671744331 I'm happy to help you find the best option for your space!

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Because many of my products are personalized or made to order, returns and exchanges may be limited. Eligibility depends on the specific listing and its applicable policies. Please review all personalization details carefully before approving your design. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact me with photos and your order details so I can help make things right. Cancellation requests are handled according to the individual listing's policies.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or returned to sender?

I want every order to arrive safely and on time! If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out through Etsy Messages so I can help investigate and determine the next steps. If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it. Other returned packages will be handled based on the circumstances. While carrier delays can occasionally occur, I'll do my best to help resolve any shipping concerns. Eligible orders may also be covered by Etsy Purchase Protection.
