Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

Each of our items is printed just for you after your purchase according to your specifications (colors, sizes, prints, etc.). They are uniquely made and commissioned with your specifications (color, size, print preferences) and don't come from stock items like a retail storefront. Please check the individual listing details to know if a return option is available. Please review size charts and listing descriptions to help you choose before purchasing. For items that arrive damaged or in error, please see the below section titled "I received a wrong/damaged/defective product, what should I do?" for further instructions. Our items are not available for return.

Each order is provided with tracking information upon shipment and sent to the address provided at checkout. Once the tracking number is provided, the item has been turned over to the shipping carrier. Any updates, information, or lost item inquiries must be submitted to the shipping carrier and is outside our control. Where is my item shipped from? While we are based in Chicago, Illinois, USA, we sometimes use production partners, as disclosed in the listings, to help us with things we can't do alone. Based on the item's availability, your item may not ship from Chicago. For US customers, your item will ship from a US location with tracking.

I received a wrong/damaged/defective product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged, defective, or in error. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us through Etsy within five(5) business days of the item's arrival. We will ask for photos of the damaged or defective product, damaged package, or item that arrived in error. We'll also need your order number and any other details you may have about the order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! We are not able to address such concerns outside of this time frame.

My item was marked as undeliverable or returned by the shipping carrier, what do I do?

Items are shipped with tracking information to the address you provided at checkout. Items marked as undeliverable, items sent to an incorrectly provided address, an insufficient address, or items held by the post office and never picked up are returned to us. This return is documented by the tracking information. On some occasions, re-shipment within the US is available for a fee paid by the buyer. The original cost of this shipping is non-refundable, and the item itself is non-refundable because it was made just for you after purchase.

My international order has not arrived, what do I do?

Some items are made with the help of production partners as disclosed in the item’s listings. For orders outside of the US, shipment may come from one of our partners in Latvia, Spain, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Japan, or Australia. Shipping carriers provide tracking information when available. Tracking may stop once an item leaves the country. As with all shipments, international shipment timeframes are only estimates. Many factors may affect travel time, including delays by shipping carriers, delays by customs offices, anddelays by local carriers. Should your item not arrive, please contact us. However, we may ask that you wait up to 4 weeks past the estimated delivery date for your item to be considered "lost" and eligible for replacement.

Why does my shirt/item have a vinegar smell?

When unpacking a new shirt, hoodie, or item with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. A fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

My item was marked as delivered, but isn't actually here. What do I do?

Items are shipped with tracking to the address you provided at checkout. If your item has been marked as delivered by the carrier but has not arrived, please check the area around your home, like a back door or porch. Verify that the address provided at checkout was correct. Check with neighbors. Check with your local post office or shipping carrier office, or drop-off point. If you are unable to locate your item, you'll need to contact the shipping carrier directly. In some cases, you may need to contact your local police to file a theft report in coordination with instructions from the shipping carrier. We are unable to replace or refund items marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
