Where and how are your products made?

Every Frog Mustard sticker and magnet is made in-house by owners Alyssa and Brian in Puyallup, Washington. Our designs are printed and precision-cut using professional commercial equipment and durable eco-solvent inks. Our weather-resistant stickers are made for indoor and outdoor use. Our magnets are created by applying our printed vinyl designs to premium 20 mil or 30 mil magnetic material. Please confirm that the surface of your vehicle is magnetic before ordering, as some aluminum, fiberglass, and plastic panels will not hold a magnet. Do you have an official website?

STICKERS: Clean the surface with water and allow it to dry completely. Peel away the backing, carefully align, and apply. Press firmly from the center outward to smooth bubbles or wrinkles. Small bubbles usually flatten with warmth and sunlight. Do not apply to textured surfaces and plastic trim. Do not apply in temps under 45 F. Allow sticker to fully cure & bond for at least 24 hours before wetting or going through a car wash. MAGNETS: Apply only to a clean, dry, flat magnetic surface. Not all vehicles or vehicle panels are magnetic, so test first. Remove before car washes and during severe weather. If cold causes curling or stiffness, bring the magnet indoors and gently warm it with a hair dryer on low.

Tracking & Shipping Issues

Does your order show as delivered? Please allow up to 3 business days for it to arrive. Economy letter-mail tracking may update as delivered when it reaches your local post office, not when it reaches your mailbox. Please check your regular letter mail and ask anyone in your household who may have brought it inside. Our packages will arrive in a yellow envelope to your mailbox. Tracking not updating? Our free standard shipping uses limited economy tracking, which may begin with a 0 and will not work on the USPS website. Follow updates through your Etsy order on the Etsy site. For full USPS parcel tracking, select the upgraded shipping option at checkout. Still missing after 3 business days? Message us here on Etsy and we’ll help!

Are your stickers and magnets suitable for outdoor use?

Yes! Our stickers and magnets are waterproof, UV-resistant, and made to withstand outdoor conditions. With proper application and care, they typically last 3–5 years outdoors. For the best results, apply to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Remove magnets before entering a car wash and during severe weather, including heavy snow, ice, or high winds. How long does order processing take?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, and many ship by the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal US holidays. During sales, product launches, or especially busy periods, processing may take the full 3-business-day window. Custom products may require additional processing time. Processing time is the time needed to make and pack your order before shipment; delivery time begins once your order has shipped.

My magnet curled or is not sticking.

Cold temperatures can temporarily cause flexible magnets to stiffen or curl. Bring the magnet indoors, place it on a clean, flat surface, and gently warm it with a hair dryer on the low setting. Once flexible, smooth it flat and allow it to cool completely before reapplying. For customers in very cold climates, we also offer an extra-thick 30 mil magnet upgrade on select designs at frogmustardstickers.com.
