I give this seller 5 stars for this custom made insert for my LV. pouch/ bag. I gave her the measurements and it arrived a little over a week later. She communicated quickly on some questions I had since it was a custom size. The insert is made very well with care. Stitches are clean and straight and zipper is very smooth . Material used is as described and the match of color very nice. I asked to add a few attachments to make the pouch into a shoulder bag. I already had my own chain, so now my pouch is so versatile!
