First and foremost, the seller is an absolute gem to work with. I can tell how passionate they are about their work. :) I got this as a gift for my father whose white shepherd recently passed away. My parents buried her at their lake house. I thought this was an extremely sentimental gift that they could hang at their lake house! My dad absolutely loved it. It put a huge smile on his face and I could tell how much this meant to him. I gave the item quality and shipping a 4/5 because the boxed came slightly crushed, therefore crinkling part of the piece. This is no fault to the seller of course. HUGE thank you to the seller. Your communication was incredible and you are truly talented.
