This is a well made, detailed, substantial necklace from The Vintage Ermani Bulatti collection. The multiple chains vary in size, shape, and type, to add immense interest and presence to this piece. The clasp area is bold with the look or wrought ironwork. If you fiddle with your jewelry, you will be playing with this piece all day. We can't imagine where you would not wear this; jeans and a sweater or man shirt, or, upscale office wear, this would be appropriate. Condition is fine vintage. Necklace is approximately 19 " long; choker length so it will ride high at the base of the neck. This isidentified as one of the earlier Bulatti pieces due to the iconic bee insect applique in the clasp.
DESIGNS FROM ERMANI BULATTI (1970 – 1980)
We are pleased to offer this beautiful creation from our personal collection of Ermani Bulatti vintage jewelry. The pieces were originally marketed globally through a network of small specialized boutiques and high-end department stores in Amsterdam, Paris, Spain, and The U.S., under name ERMANI BULATTI. We have worked hard to locate these lovely vintage treasures from many countries for many years. Ermani Bulatti designs are brilliantly created with an eclectic flair that tends to be bold and oversized. The pieces often favor Art Deco styling, but also incorporate influences of Etruscan, Art Nouveau, Victorian, Modernist, etc.
To say that Ermani Bulatti creations are well crafted seems to us to be quite an understatement. They are very high quality little artistic micro foundry treasures of forged and fabricated mixed metals. Each creation seems to include items from an inexhaustible pallet of acrylics, Crystals, Hematite, Wood, Fabric, Stone, Rocket Parts, secret recipes, whatever. The finished pieces are absolutely beautiful personal wearable art. We hope you share our appreciation of these special dimensionally interesting sculptures of light rays and sulking shadows. We are big fans and even have a section devoted to the designs from Ermani Bulatti. Why not take a moment, kick back, and do a little window shopping through that section on StudioFind. It is stocked full of rare and unique little treasures for personal wear, collection, or fine gifting. NOTE: We are happy to ship to our friends around the globe.
