Custom and personalized orders Special Orders: I love to do commission work, (your special painting) I do my best to communicate through the whole process of special orders, as well as sending photos. Special orders will require a deposit. We accept all credit cards & methods of payment through Etsy. Please understand once work has begun, your deposit is non-refundable.

Insurance is the buyer's choice and responsibility, If you would like insurance on your purchase, please let me know it will be an extra charge. If your purchase is to be shipped internationally, please be aware I can only track your shipment within the US. Once it leaves the United States it is no longer traceable by me. If you have chosen to add the additional insurance, a claim can be filed, if on the off chance your package is lost or damaged. Most of the time the process goes off without a hitch :)

Your complete delight is my goal; satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Notify me within 7 days in the US. For the EU, it is 14 days. See above for return times. (This does not apply to Custom Orders.) The item must be returned in its original condition. The refund will be minus 15% for restocking + the shipping. This covers somewhat of my time, boxes, bubble, paper/ink, etc... Thank you for understanding.
