Cork Leather: Cork is water resistant and often don't required a lot of cleaning effort. If it gets a little dirty, simply apply a drop of soap and some warm water on a damp cloth and wipe the surface clean. Lay flat to dry. Hemp webbing: A natural fibre which is strong and durable, hemp webbing does not required a lot of cleaning. If you absolutely need to, please apply a small amount of soap and gently handwash it, then lay flat to dry. Hemp rope: Same cleaning and care instructions as Hemp webbing. Bamboo Fleece: Handwash or machine wash with cold water. We have prewashed our fabric to minimise shrinkage so it should not shrink too much.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We use kraft paper, hemp twine and compostable bags as our packaging. They are simple but beautiful. However, if you are purchasing this as a gift and would like something specific, please contact me and we can discuss the best way to package your purchase.

Do you accept refund or exchange?

We accept exchange on sizes and refund or exchange if the product is faulty. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping cost so if you are unsure about sizings, please contact me first before purchase.
