3) Send clear, high-quality photos of your pet through Etsy. I need to see the details like fur, face, and eyes to make a good drawing.

4) I will email you a preview of the drawing.
It usually takes about 1-2 days to finish, but sometimes it can take longer. I will let you know if it does.

5) After you approve it, we’ll send you your custom mug.

I ordered two mugs with two different cats to be drawn. Anna was quick to make the designs and was able to capture both of their personalities. I am excited to give one of the mugs to my sister, and the mug of my own cat is my new favorite that I own. Great experience ☺️
