Mostly of my items are intended for regular sized dolls. 11.5 to 12 inches or 29 to 30 cm. If ever in the future I make clothes/accessories for other sizes, I will surely indicate that on item's title or description. Buyers are responsible for reading the description of every item they buy.

Custom and personalized orders

As of now, I don't do custom and personalized orders. All products on my shop are on hand and ready to be ship.

I carefully choose all fabrics I used. I wash them first and make sure that they don't stain on dolls. It won't be necessary to wash them unless it's already dirty. Do hand wash and use gentle soap when you wash doll clothes. If the clothes have velcro tape on the back make sure it's close so it doesn't snag on other clothes when you wash them together.

Stolen or lost package

Seller is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ensure that your order/s are handed to the courier safely and in good condition, but once it is with the courier, whatever happens to the package is out of our hands.
