I purchased JoJo's salt and pepper shaker STL files and as a new 3d printer user was having some trouble getting them to print correctly. I messaged the seller to ask for advice and not only did she respond right away and provide some tips and a few things to try she also offered to refund my payment if I couldn't get the print to work. I knew that the problem was most likely on my end and after trying several times using wisdom from some youtubers online, I finally figured out what I was doing wrong, fixed my faulty setting and now own the most adorable little perfecly printed salt and pepper shakers! Even using a filament printer the quality was outstanding and I want to thank and recommend this Seller for not only a great product but for exhibiting such exemplary customer service! I highly recommend this seller!
