I would love to accommodate any custom requests or orders, and I'm always open to commissions! If you send me a message, we can discuss what you have in mind.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order — whether or not it's marked as a gift — is packaged with special details, including pressed flowers, handwritten notes, and more. (Check out my IG page for examples!) I can even write your personal gift message and add it to the wrapped item as a special surprise for its recipient.

Returns and exchanges

If there is an issue with your order, feel free to contact me! I will do everything I can to resolve the problem. Since each item is made-to-order, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to accept returns/exchanges. However, if you message me, I will do my best to ensure your satisfaction and see what I can do for you.

I ship internationally, and for orders of $35 or more, I offer free shipping within the US! Tracking numbers are always provided. I always contact you if there are any shipping delays on my end. Although I am not responsible for any delays that USPS or other carriers may have when delivering your package, I am more than happy to help if your package is lost. Please message me if this occurs so I can figure out how to assist you best.

Your digital download includes a bundle of two Pottsffield patterns, a Wirt/Greg silhouette pattern, and a pattern for Adelaide's golden scissors. Each pattern includes a .pdf file with a step-by-step stitch guide, a pattern diagram, and a list of suggested materials. The download also includes two additional .pdf files: the traceable pattern diagrams, and the color references.
