What materials are the trellises made from?

It depends on the style, but trellises are mostly made from strong angle iron bars 3/16" thick in 1-1/4" x 1-1/4". Each one is hand built to order just for you and is powder coated to give it a smooth semi gloss finish thats made to last years to come

Are the trellises treated for weather resistance? If so, how?

Absolutely! Our trellises are powder-coated, which means they get a thick, tough finish that helps protect them from rain, snow, and rust built to withstand harsh outdoor elements for years to come

Manufacturing Timeline
Once we receive your order, our team will being crafting your & trellis lattices. Since your metal plant trellis will be made from scratch, please allow 5-12 days for your order to be built.

Design Plans (1-3 Days ➔ Creating & Welding Frame (1-4 Days) ➔ Coating & Drying (1-2 Days) ➔ Inspection & Final Touches (1-3 Days) ➔ Packing Shipping & Delivery (1-5 Days)

How to Set Up Your Stand-Alone Trellis
1. Check the Stakes: Your trellis has 2 stakes—one on each side.
2. Add the sleeves: Take the separate sleeves and fit them into the stakes to extend the length.
3. Secure the Stakes (optional) : Use screws to fasten the stakes to the trellis for extra support.
4. Stake The Trellis: Put the stakes into the dirt or cement where you want the trellis to stand.
And that's it! Your stand-alone trellis is now ready to support your plants.

How to Put Up Your Wall Mounted Trellis
1. Get Ready: You have a trellis with 4 holes around the edges—2 on each side. Each hole is 3/8 thick
2. Find the Parts: We provide you brackets, screws, and nuts, al you need to mount your trellis.
3. Attach the Brackets: Use the hex bolts and nuts to fasten the brackets to the holes on your trellis. The brackets are like little L-shaped helpers that hold the trellis to the wall.
4. Mount the Trellis: Once the brackets are attached to the trellis, level your trellis and screw the trellis onto the wall. Each screw and bracket is designed to carry up to 300Lb so your hardware is more than capable to take on the weight.
And that's it! Your trellis is now ready to make your garden look great.

Bring the same robust design, long lasting materials and second to none American craftsmanship to create one of one pieces that will adorn your home for years to come, and although our trellises will eventually be covered completely by a healthy growing plant, that certainly has never stopped us from creating stunning pieces behind it that over time, most won’t ever see.

Our simple standard
after each piece is created, our quality control question is, would we put this in our home, if the answer is yes, we ship it out/install it with a great sense of pride knowing we created a one of one piece that will truly stand the test of time and support your growing garden for years to come. If the answer is no, we go back to the drawing board until the answer is yes.
