For a fuller appearance and inverted pleats in your curtains, select a width three times the width of your window/curtain rod. For Pencil Pleats, at least 2x window/rod width fabric is used.

You must also allocate 6'' of space between your curtain rod and the wall/window for the S folds to be well arranged.)

How do you measure your curtain?
Curtain Width Measurement:

To measure the width of your curtain panels, start from the point where you want the panels to begin and extend to the desired ending point, using the appropriate measuring tool. Make sure to follow this same procedure for each curtain panel.

If you prefer your curtain panels to have pleats, you should multiply your rod/window width measurement by 2 for Double Pinch Pleat, Rod Pocket, and Grommet. Multiply by 3 for Triple Pinch Pleat and S Fold.

For example, for a single 25-inch wide "Pull Pleat Type" Curtain Panel, 75 inches of Curtain Fabric is used. This will create abundant and beautiful pleats in your curtains. (This applies only to Pleated header options, including S Fold and Triple Pinch Pleat.)

To measure the length of your curtains, start from the top of the rod where you will hang them and extend to the desired ending point.
