What type of printing method do you utilize?

We use Direct-To-Garment printing! This process involves injecting the ink directly into the fabric of the shirt, as opposed to laying it on top like vinyl. This method ensures that the ink won't crack or fade over time.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the fact that each item is custom-printed and made to order.

All our items are designed with unisex sizing and are true to size. If you have a favorite shirt or sweatshirt, you can measure it at home and then compare the measurements to our size chart in the provided photos. Lay the item flat, measure from armpit to armpit, and see how it matches up. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size is chosen, so we highly recommend double-checking your measurements before placing your order.

What if the item arrives later than expected?

At MyPrintGarden, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders. However, once your item has shipped and is in the hands of USPS or any other shipping service, MyPrintGarden cannot be held responsible for any delays, especially around the holidays. If you notice that your item is shipping late, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will investigate the situation and offer you appropriate options. Please note that once the item has been shipped, we are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping service. Additionally, we cannot offer refunds for items that arrive late.

The shipping address must be exclusively in Latin characters. MyPrintGarden does not provide address validation services. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We do not offer refunds if the package was delivered to the wrong adress.

My order hasn't arrived

When your order is shipped, we entrust its delivery to the postal service. If your package hasn't arrived as expected, please follow these steps: 1. Check the Tracking Information 2. Contact Your Local Post Office: If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, but you haven't received it, reach out to your local post office. They can provide insights into the delivery status and may help locate your package. 3. Inquire with Neighbors: Sometimes, packages are left with neighbors or in secure locations around your property. Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays or lost packages.

How many adjustments can I request?

One round of minor tweaks—think tiny size shifts, wording tweaks, or colour changes—is included in the base price. If the revisions would alter more than about 15 % of the design (for example: adding new graphics, swapping multiple icons, redrawing illustrations, or major layout changes), that counts as custom design work and is billed under my Custom Design fee. I’ll always let you know first and send a quick quote before we move forward.

I am not fully happy with my order

If your item arrives and something doesn’t look right — whether it’s damage during delivery, a missing item, incorrect design, wrong size, stain, wrong color, or anything else — please reach out to us first. We’re always happy to help and will do our best to make things right. While issues are rare, they can occasionally happen, and we’re here to resolve them as smoothly as possible. To ensure we’re able to properly review and assist, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date (based on the carrier tracking). This helps us investigate while all shipping details are still available. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

When should I place my order?

To ensure everything arrives in time for your event, we recommend placing your order at least 3–4 weeks in advance for domestic orders and 8-10 weeks in advance for international orders. This allows enough time for production and shipping, as carrier timelines can vary and are not guaranteed, mainly during the peak times like holidays.

The sweatshirts are unisex, so we suggest staying with your normal size for a relaxed fit. If you would like an oversized fit, we suggest sizing up 1-3 sizes larger than your normal. Please reference the Size chart in the photos for measurements and double-check before ordering.

Timing:
As a small business owner, I strive to deliver all products on time. Items are usually shipped the next business day after completion, and production takes 1-6 days. Generally, items arrive within 7-9 days after being shipped (within the US). The shipping time for Canada is 7-10 days and 7-20 days for Europe. Processing and Delivery times are estimated and may take longer. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
All items are made to order with care, and as a small business, we do not keep any stock. For this reason, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the item you've received. However, if you have any issues, please let me know!
