Do you take commissions?

For jewellery, no. But if a collection you like is out of stock, you can request this to be made again. For notebooks, yes! Please get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, but please contact us with any issues first. Returns are to be made within 30 days of ordering and must be in new, unworn, condition. Returns/refunds cannot be made on items sold as 'seconds' or 'blemished'.

Polymer clay is hard-wearing, but all items should be well looked after to ensure their longevity.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do. We send to the USA (please see further info below) and Canada, Australia. All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked to ensure they arrive safely. USA - the postage prices on the listings are inclusive of all customs/handling fees as set out by Royal Mail. 'Additional Items' have this included too. If your postage exceeds the customs charge by £1 or more at time of posting, then you will be refunded the difference. Please note, we are not held responsible for any import charges as set out in the policies.

Approximate sizes are always listed. The longest and widest measurements are always shown. Dangle earrings - measurement is taken from the top of the hook.

How are orders posted?

All orders for the UK are despatched with Royal Mail Tracked 48, and overseas are Royal Mail Tracked. This ensures their safety in reaching you.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Once marked as despatched, all UK orders should arrive within 2-3 working days, and overseas will take longer (about 5-7 working days depending). Please allow a few extra working days in case of delays. All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All packaging used to ship goods is recyclable, or even reusable! Gift wrapping is an option when placing an order. This is an organza bag for an additional £1.

Why are the patterns different?

No two items are ever the same. The photos are a representation of the items available, but you may receive ones that look slightly different to those photographed.

Please contact us to resolve any issues first. Refunds will be given to cancelled orders and orders that are returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, and for any loss of value should the item not be returned in its original condition.

Beautiful hand bound A6 size notebooks are perfect for any stationery lover. These come as a set of 2, one patterned cover and one plain cover in a complimenting colour.
Each contain 60 blank pages (30 sheets) of 90gsm smooth white paper giving them a luxury feel whilst still being practical. Suitable for all types of writing medium - pencil, ballpoint pen, and fountain pen. Ink does not bleed or leak.

Each notebook is made from 176gsm card (patterned) or 180gsm recycled card (plain), 90gsm paper, and waxed linen thread. And measure approximately 14.8cm high by 10cm wide.
