HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASE?

Digital downloads are not sent via email, all digital files are downloaded from your Etsy account. To access downloads from your account: 1. From a web browser, sign in to Etsy.com and go to 'Your Account' found in the top right 2. Go to 'Purchases' 3. Locate your order, select 'Download' If you’ve checked out as a guest, you'll find a link to download your purchase in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. This email may have been filtered into your email spam / junk inbox, or social and promotions tabs through Gmail. If payment is still processing, the "Download Files" button will be grey.

HOW DO I ADD ART TO THE SAMSUNG TV FRAME?

1. Download the SmartThings App to your phone. 2. Download the image to your phone through your Etsy account on a web browser, not the Etsy app. 3. Connect your Frame TV to the SmartThings App and select “Art Mode.” 4. Select “Add your Photos” and select image and then “Save on The Frame.” 6. Click on the image and then select “Mat” to choose your mat selection. 7. Select “Set on The Frame” to save and display your art. WHERE CAN I PRINT ARTWORK?

Artwork can be printed at home, a local print shop, at most large retail stores (ie. Walmart, London Drugs, Walgreens, Costco), or online at Vistaprint, Snapfish, Shutterfly, Mpix, Finerworks, Poster Jack, and ProDPI.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER SHOULD BE USED FOR PRINTING?

Printing on a heavyweight paper or card stock with a matte finish is a great choice, it’s cost effective and creates great results. Some shops offer premium fine art papers and I recommend a matte textured finish.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE PICTURE FRAMES?

I do not have a source for picture frames used in my listing photos. A few shops in the USA and Canada to purchase frames and matching frames in various sizes include Micheals, Walmart, Ikea, Target, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn, Homesense, and Homegoods.
