After the 1-3 day production period, your chair will be shipped and should arrive at your doorstep within: To US: 2-4 Days To Europe: 1-3 Days To Canada: 2-5 Days To the rest of the World: 2-7 Days We promise it's worth the wait!

Can I order a custom-designed wooden deck chair from YahyaKaptan?

Absolutely! We love bringing unique ideas to life. If you have a specific design or detail in mind, please feel free to message us directly through our Etsy shop. We’ll discuss your ideas and see how we can tailor a deck chair that reflects your personal style. Let’s make something one-of-a-kind together!

What should I do if my wooden deck chair arrives damaged or not as described?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your chair with photographs of the issue. We are committed to resolving any concerns and will discuss the possibility of a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is immensely important to us!

How should I care for my wooden deck chair to ensure it lasts a long time?

Your new wooden deck chair is built to withstand the test of time with a little TLC from you. We recommend that you clean it intermittently with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. If your chair is used outdoors, try to protect it from extreme weather conditions by bringing it inside during heavy rain or snow. With these simple care steps, your chair will remain a cozy corner in your home or yard for years to come!

Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For US deliveries, applicable import charges are included where required, so buyers generally do not need to handle customs clearance separately. For destinations outside the US, customs duties, import VAT or courier handling fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are normally the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact me before ordering if you would like information specific to your destination.

Can the furniture be used outdoors?

Yes. The outdoor furniture is finished with protective treatment and exterior varnish for normal garden, patio, balcony and covered-porch use. However, natural wood should not be left continuously exposed to heavy rain, snow, standing water or extreme weather. Covering the furniture or storing it in a sheltered area during severe weather will help preserve its appearance and service life.

Does the furniture require assembly?

Some products require simple assembly. The necessary fittings and assembly instructions are included with the order. Please follow each step carefully and make sure all locking and support parts are positioned correctly before using the furniture. If anything is unclear, contact me before use and I will help you.
