I love custom and personalized orders! Made-to-order bracelets allow for all kinds of customization options, so please leave a note at checkout or send me a direct message and I'm happy to accommodate your requests. Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product.

All made-to-order bracelets can be made at any size. Bracelets are all around 7 inches by default, and stretch bracelets fit most adults. If you need a different size (ie a youth/juniors size), please leave a note at checkout or send me a direct message and I'mm happy to accommodate your request. To measure your wrist size, wrap a string or a measuring tape around your wrist. If this is for a gift and you are unable to measure the recipient's wrist, please note that most standard adult bracelets are 7 inches in diameter and children's bracelets are 6-6.5 inches. Friendship bracelets are not recommended for children under eight years of age without adult supervision due to choking hazards.

Every bracelet is individually tested for strength and durability and secured with GS Hypo Professional Jewelry Cement for extra security. Bracelets are intended for normal, everyday wear. Avoid overstretching and wearing in water (ie, while swimming or bathing) to enjoy your bracelets for a long time.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Every order is packed in a colorful gift bag and includes a thank-you card. To request a custom gift message, please leave a note at checkout or send me a DM and I can write a short message in the card.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not permitted for custom or personalized orders. For non-custom or personalized orders, returns are accepted minus all return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.

Phrases, beads and bead colors may vary from those shown but our photos give an idea of our unique style, and specific bracelets can be requested at no cost! Each bracelet is hand made by me and totally unique so no two are alike!
