How long will it take to receive my order? Once shipped most domestic orders within Europe take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping (outside of Europe) delivery times may vary between 2 and 3 weeks. So please be patient! United States, Canada and Mexico: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your package to be delivered, sometimes even up to 8 weeks. Covid has greatly impacted on USPS and Canada post thus having delays on deliveries.

STANDARD AND TRACKED DELIVERY

All orders except t-shirts are shipped via “standard shipping”, this method does not provide a tracking number. This is to keep shipping prices affordable for everyone. If you’d like your packages to be tracked please select the correct option at check out! “Standard” non tracked “Tracked” will provide a tracking number . * Tracked packages are only delivered upon signature, if the addressee is absent, the package will be taken back to the post office of your locality

You can cancel your order for whatever reason within 24 hours of having it placed. Once past this, no cancelations will be possible. I will then, begin working on your order to ship it ASAP.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER

If you haven’t received your order, it may be for the following reasons: 1) Delay in logistics 2) You typed in a wrong address 3) Gave a false name ATTENTION: I will not be responsible for lost packages, as you have the choice to pick between standard and tracked delivery, once I take the package to the post office, it is out of my will power. Please type your right name and address, any missing number or letter affects the package’s correct delivery. Sometimes when packages aren’t rightfully delivered, they’re sent back to me, I will then contact the customer and let them know how to proceed about this.

Your order will be shipped in a regular white paper letter envelope, this is to guarantee the delivery, so it can easily fit in your mailbox. For bigger patches and totes, they are shipped in a brown paper bag that can also fit in your mailbox. T-Shirts are shipped in a black plastic bag. DIDN’T RECEIVE NOTIFICATION ABOUT MY ORDER

Please check your email’s spam folder, dispatch notifications are sent by Etsy themselves. The dispatch notification includes the ETA information regarding your package and the tracking number (if provided).

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

All sales are final as they’re made to order. This is why you have 24 hours to amend your purchase, after those 24 hours I will start working on your order to ship it out ASAP.

these stickers are great. i love them. the top side feels a bit sticky but only initially, once they’ve been on a surface for some time it mostly disappears.
