What is a good paper type for me to print on?

My favorite type of paper is: - Matte Texture - Ultra-white paper - Ultra-thick, cardstock paper Of course, the kind of paper you use, the decision is in your hands. If you go to a local print shop, you can consult their opinions.

What is your return/refund policy?

FOR DIGITAL ART : Kindly note that all sales on digital files are final.Unfortunately, digital Download Items are not refundable.

A .zip file is simply a collection of one or more files, but is compressed into a single file for easy transportation and compression. Most of our artworks come in different size ratios so we compress them into a single .zip file.

How do I open .ZIP file?

To open the .zip file and have access to your prints, double-click on it and let your computer show you the folders and files contained inside. In most operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, ZIP files are handled internally, without the need for any extra software.

Special tips for payment

Please do not use eCheck payment methods. With this payment method, the bank's processing cycle is 5-10 days, and your order will always be in the "pending" and "unpaid" states, which will prevent you from downloading jpg files. If you insist n using eCheck for payment, be sure to wait for the bank to process the payment (5-10 days). After the payment is actually completed, your order status can be changed to "completed" and you can download the file (this is a system rule). Within 5-10 days waiting for the bank to process, please do not ask me to send picture files. Thank you very much for your understanding!
