Where can I download my files?

To download your files, go to https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases/ [Your account >> Purchases] You WILL NOT BE ABLE to download any digital order from Etsy APP!!! It does not have such a feature for downloading digital files. To download the files from mobile, sign in to Etsy on your MOBILE BROWSER instead of using the app! If you purchased as a guest you will receive an email with a download link.

Why printed colors differ from the images on the listing?

In the case, your printed colors significantly differ from the images on the listing images after you have opened your PDF file in Adobe Reader kindly check the following settings: Print--> Advanced, if Print as Image is Checked it might change the colors significantly, kindly uncheck this option and try printing the design again.

How to solve cut off parts of the printed design?

If for any reason parts of your design are cut off kindly choose Print -> Fit (to the printable area) so no parts of your design would be cut off because of larger printer margins being applied to your printer.

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print out your PDF file of the card, you can get it for free.

When you are ready to print out your card please:
1. Download your file.
2. Open it.
3. Press Ctrl+P to print it out.
4. Choose the correct paper size - US Letter or A4 paper size.
5. Choose scale - Default.
6. DO NOT check the option - Fit to paper or - Fit to the printable area and DO NOT scale the image to any dimensions unless you want to change the size of the final card (5x7 inches when cut out and folded).

Your printed file will have a frame around the card, so you will be able to cut out the card and fold it afterward.

We suggest you cut out the card by the inside part of the frame (not directly by the line) to achieve the best result.

Afterward, you just need to fold and sign your (5x7 inches) card.
