When will my order ship?

Turnaround times vary by product. However, Etsy states an estimated delivery date range for each order before you make a purchase. Look for this date on the right hand side of your screen below the product description, under Shipping and Return Policies. Once our product ships, Etsy will send you an email with tracking for the order.

Why does my package say delivered, but it isn't, or tracking is not giving me updates?

Once an order is shipped, Etsy sends you an email with tracking for that order. Once the package has left our store, we are not responsible for the item and have no more information than what the tracking number shows. If there is an issue with shipment/delivery you will have to contact USPS or your local post office for assistance. We are not responsible for lost packages due to USPS handling. What if there's a mistake with my order when I receive it?

If you receive an item and there is a mistake with it, please message me as soon as possible after delivery. If the order was made with the personalization you indicated but the notes you entered were wrong or in the wrong order, I will not be able to remake or refund an order. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing. * If there is an error on my part, I will replace the item with a corrected item.

Can I change my address on my order?

Once I receive an order, I begin processing it immediately in order to keep a quick turnaround time. If an item has shipped before I receive your message to change an address, I am not responsible for the item shipping to a wrong address or for replacing the item. If the item is still in production and not shipped yet, I will try my best to change the address for you.

Can I cancel my order or make changes to it?

Because all orders begin processing immediately, I am unable to cancel an order or make changes to it. *Please double check all information left in notes before purchasing.*

Each listing has a size chart to choose the best fit. I recommend always going by the size chart. I will not choose a size for you based on height and weight. This must be done by you during the purchasing process. Please do not leave this section blank. If you cannot find the sizing chart, please contact me and I will send you one.

Actual colors may vary from each listing photo and the final product. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor displays different colors and everyone sees these colors differently. I try to edit my photos to show the listings as close as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. I cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately illustrates the true color of the product.

Will my item come with any of the props in the photos?

Any items that are used as props in the photo do NOT come with your order. They are just props to give you an idea of how to style your item. They do NOT come with your purchase.
